Spicy Watermelon Margaritas

July 30, 2023
She’s a little sweet, and a little spicy – everything you want during your hot girl summer. After making our Fresh Watermelon Salad, I found myself with a lot of leftover watermelon; but when life gives you lemons, right?! This refreshing twist on a classic margarita uses all fresh ingredients and comes together quickly (with a little planning) – infuse your tequila at least 12 hours in advance. The watermelon adds a natural sweetness, the jalapeños give it a bit of a kick, and the fresh lime juice makes it nice and tart. You can make this cocktail a bit sweeter by adding a little simple syrup or adjust the heat when infusing your tequila. Garnish with the toppings of your choice – have fun with it!
